Strange roof leak
Hey all, long time reader, first time poster.
I have a RX300 with a strange roof leak. I've tested the sun roof and don't really think that is it. I'll try to attach a couple of pictures of where I see the water coming from. It looks too high to be coming from the windshield and it only seems to happen on really rainy weeks. It also seems to get worse when parked on a hill with the front pointed downwards. I've tried to get a water bottle and find the leak but I'm just not having any luck. Has anyone else seen this?
Thanks all.

Clogged sunroof drain ports are almost always responsible for leaks like this. Easy to narrow it down tape the sunroof to body seam and see if the problem goes away. Best way to know for sure is remove the headliner but not everyone is comfortable doing that.

I had this happen on my 2002 Highlander in the same spot. Worth a try, but for me for some reason my weather stripping wasn’t flush against the body of the car, so water leaked in once on a rainy day. I pressed it very hard and it popped back into place. Never happened again. If not, maybe there is a small tear somewhere?

Thanks all who commented, you were right. Evidently there is a partial block somewhere down the sunroof drain tube. Testing with a little water works fine, but dumping enough water it starts to slowly back up and eventually start leaking. I'll use an air compressor to try an clear it out. Thanks!

I recently used some rubber hose 4mm inside diam that is used for irrigation i had it laying around and just fed poked it all the way through and finally solved my problem. I was using compressed air before my compressor died but this worked this time.
