AC temp control

I can change the AC temperature setting all from max Cold to max Hot but it doesn’t actually work the system got stuck in max cold . Does anyone have had the same problem??? Thks!

Please search on "mix servo". This controls the temperature of the air being introduced in the cabin.

Thanks a lot that was the problem, the servo detached from from the electric motor , I reconnected and worked fine but it seems that it have detached againg!
