Further on Code:
Few members have experienced problem with OBDII code reader and light. Being electronic in nature, the system needs good voltage and can fail to work.
Just throwing this in as you have had electrical problems.

1) Have you ever personally witnessed this car running properly?
2) Have you witnessed this car running properly after the alternator installation?
3) Have you witnessed this car running properly after the fuel pump installation?
4) Have you witnessed the car running properly BEFORE it sat for a month?
These are questions that can yield some insight into the timeline without us guessing.
PS- proper punctuation helps with context.

Engine requires air, fuel, spark and compression to run. Air is a given, verify the others and get back to us. And try to post in mostly coherent sentences I can only understand half of what you are posting here.

Edit- from what I'm understanding you never saw the car running properly, so It may be easier to start over with the basics.
Also, "it sat for a month" could mean it sat for a year for all we know, unless you have witnessed for yourself.
*note- fuel injectors can "gum up"(clogging) when car is left sitting for a few months and gas goes bad too.
Hint- believe nothing previous owners say and verify everything for yourself.

Timing Marks
As mentioned above by others, recommend checking timing marks and compression.
I have the compresion specs somewhere but I'd have to find them so if someone has it plz post.
-> I'd also pull and check ALL fuses.
-> I'd also pull and test the C-Open relay and the EFI relay
Here's how timing marks line up.
While the plastic timing covers are off it would be a good idea to chech the crankshaft sensor gear.
If this gear is damaged with missing or broken tooth it can cause a no start condition because the engine needs this perfect for base timing.
Also, the keyway can strip so it is important the gear is properly lined up on the keyway.
*note- there is a flat spot on the gear as seen below and this is normal but no other teeth should be chipped or missing.
