Timing Belt question
#3
Not sure what you are asking about? Service items?
But vehicles are like horses. Both over working them and under working them is bad for them.
If I was in your shoes, I would replace engine oil on 2x time schedule, air filter + spark plugs on milage. Brake pads + battery based on condition. Water-pump on 110k miles multiple. Accessory + steering pump belts + Timing belt 15yrs and even earlier if the use [33k miles] has not been even.
Please have the tires checked for age as wear is not the only reason to change them.
Brake fluid and coolant need to be tested.

Have you created an account at https://drivers.lexus.com/lexusdrivers , if not do so and you can see if they have a maintenance history on your vehicle. The timing belt may have been replaced. They had a complete history on mine.
As Salim mentioned, the age of the tires is most important. Oftentimes people are mislead by thread depth. They may look great, but an older dry rot tire disintegrates when it blows out.
