My experience with ignition coils, P0300, P030X codes

A lot of the same issues
I'm having a lot of the same issues aa everyone on this thread has listed. I replaced all the coils and plugs when I bought the car almost a year ago. I'm pretty sure the used car lot just cleared the codes, because the CEL came on within 100 miles after purchase. The original code was cylinder 5 misfire and bank 2 efficiency on the Cat, and they still persist. I moved coils to test if one or the new coils were possibly bad, to no avail. Still a miss on cylinder 5. Like someone else mentioned, if you pull it out of OD it either doesn't miss as bad, or there are just more revolutions and power that makes the issue not as noticeable. It has also had a low coolant temp code since I have owned it, and it doesn't seem to want to stay around normal operating temp. Which I would assume is about halfway on the range like most cars? I cleared the codes and let it idle for about 10 min until the CEL illuminated again. I pulled the codes and here is what I got. Also, when you snap WOT while idling it seems to miss consistently through the rpm increase. It may also be worth mentioning that the miss seems to always happen when load increases. (I.e. going uphill or when applying throttle to overtake.) It does not seem to happen, or at least the shudder from the car isn't as bad when you gradually feed into the gas. Any help would be appreciated. TIA.
