Default Front Caliper Bolt AWD part number

Hi,

Finding the correct bolt seems very confusing. I get a whole bunch of different part numbers in a search, but all Lexus OEM part sites say without AWD no matter what search I try. Does anybody have the correct number for '02 RX300 AWD Front left caliper mounting bolt?
Also, Since the one I took out was stripped, i picked up a fitting bolt at Ace Hardwarew that was a hair too long, although I didnt realize it. I stepped on the gas and it cut a groove on the inside of the rotor. Because the groove is below the point of contact of the pads, is it ok to just leave as is or should I replace the rotor again? For the time being I put 2 washers and 1 locking washer in the bolt to shorten it. Thanks...............

I would suggest just call your local Lexus dealer parts and give them you vin number. You can price it out. Even if costs you an extra $5, you would or could-have prevented fall out.

The rotor issue is really, how deep is the gouge. I would not worry if it is limited to surface scratch, but anything deeper than 1/16 ends up crumbling the pad surface. You can try to smoothen the transition to reduce crumbling. [crumbling happens as the pad wears to match rotor surface. The pad on subsequent contact are not guaranteed to match the groove and the profusion in pad starts breaking off].

Beating a dead horse here: After every service/repair you should see if the things fit. For example after a break job, spin the wheel to confirm that there is no scraping/binding.

Thanks much, I will Definitely give Lexus a shout,

The bolt groove is at least 1/16 maybe an 1/8 inch deep. However, the pad contacts the surface of the rotor above the groove. Still a good reason to change it?

You can get bye as long as you smoothen the valley BUT when you do replace the rotor, you will have to replace the pad. Think about the two surfaces and the pad will develop a wart like surface to mate with the gouge. Once you have a flat rotor then the wart will prevent full surface contact. Ideally replace the rotor. If you have 20% left on the pads, you can post pone the rotor replacement. If you have 80% on pads, get a new rotor. IN between it is a toss up and how bad the groove is.

Lexus Confirmed this is the right part. 90105-12208, and has since been replaced by 90080-10067.
It was confusing because if you look at the Description below, it definitely states "without AWD"
