Loud Noise Inside Car

My wife is very unhappy with this noise and I don’t blame her. Could this be the blower motor?
I have get busy and get it fixed any help will be greatly appreciated!

Assuming it is A/C-vent related ... Take the A/C out of auto and play with Mode and Fan Speed. Share what you observe.

I tried to post 10 second video that had the loud noise
maybe a fan motor I do t know.
guess video not allowed

Videos are allowed. The attachment tool has a list of valid file types, including avi, mov, mpg, mpeg.
After you pick a file in the "manage attachments" dialog don't forget to hit the "upload" button on the top-right.
