Not to get your hopes up but it sounds like you are ordering the TOYOTA EPC. The Electronics Parts Catalog.
I had one for my TOYOTA MR2. People often confuse them with the repair manuals. They are indeed not like the Service Manuals, they just show diagrams and part numbers. No instructions. Mechanics "borrow" them from dealerships and then burn copies over the net. Thats how I got a copy, they are not supposed to be available to the public.
I hope I'm wrong because I would love to have the manual on CD, Popular Mechanics used to make a set but it wasn't as good as the TOYOTA Service Manuals.

just to let everyone know, i still have not recieved my copy in the mail, but it is supposed to be here anyday now. as soon as i get it i will check it out and post a couple sceen shots to see if this is what everyone needs. everyone who sent me emails i did get them, thanks, i will respnd with more info for you when i actually have it in my hands so i can answer any questions. the guy i ordered from said it is the same as the manuals just scanned in pdf form, so i hope it is exactly that. i will keep you guys posted.

Yes we carry factory repair manuals for the entire line of Lexus/Toyota
vehicles. Each CD contains the 2-volume repair manual published by
Lexus/Toyota for a specific year/model, along with the wiring diagrams
manual. This is NOT the Parts Catalogue. It is the actual repair manual
converted to electronic form (.pdf files) by Lexus/Toyota (not scanned by
3rd party).
I have attached a few sample pages so you can check it out yourself.
The price per CD manual is just $20.95 (shipping/insurance included). To

hello everyone my roomate just called me and said i got a cd in the mail today, so i am assuming it has to be the service manual cd. it finally came. i will get home today at about 4 pm central and i will check it out and post a few pics for you guys and i will post my paypal info with them. like i said before anyone who would like a copy i can copy it and mail it for $5. thanks.

ok everyone i got it! it has a picture of a lexus on it and it is like a light blue-ish color and reads Lexus RX300 ESM Electronic Service Manual. Its says it is for a 1999 (which I have) and I assume it would be similar to other year models but I am not sure. took a few random screen shots for you guys to see. if you are interested in a copy just send $5 to paypal disco_y2k@yahoo.com with your address obviously. I hope someone will find it useful.
