Default RX350 starting problem

2007 RX350, converted on LPG.
The car is supposed to start on gas and run for a while and then automatically switch on LPG, this was the case until the fuel pump died.
I replaced the fuel pump which is not OEM and it doesn’t have the fuel pressure regulator at the back (the hose connects to the pump iself). After I replaced the pump the car started and run fine for a day. Now it wont start on gas (starts on LPG). The pump runs, there’s enough voltage. What I am missing?

Hello,

Do you have any pictures of your current setup or at least link to a pump you got? Which line in particular did you bypass? If you did indeed bypass the Pressure Regulator, there is nothing to adjust the pressure in the system, and there is no relief for the pump, so it's essentially pushing fuel against the wall, which can cause a pump to fail quite quickly at very best, or it will start heating up and it can cause the fuel in the tank to ignite, so I would really suggest to avoid driving the car if it is the case. At this point, it will be a lot more beneficial to get a pump that is actually designed for your car on RockAuto.

Hope this helps and best of luck!
