How do I remove and replace my shifter console trim? Can't seem to find anything online.

On my 2005 RX330,The Woodgrain piece just Pops Off, just use a Non-Metallic thin bladed tool, and work it under the Woodgrain trim where you can and pop it Off. It's held on with 4 plastic clips that are made on the trim piece, it comes off Easy. I do Not know how to remove the Shift Position Indicator.
If I can find a Pic of the Woodgrain trim, I'll post it.

I’m pretty new to CL so hopefully I’m responding to your question correctly. I just got a 2008 RX350 last week and the shifter wood trim was curling up so I removed it (never had done it before as I’m not handy) and put vinyl wrapping on it. You can use anything flat and hard plastic to pry it off. I used a mtn bike tire lever and started from the bottom. It only took about 30 seconds.

See the top part of this trim? It’s curling up.
