Thought about doing it myself. Found a place that installs Katzkin's with H/L switch. Had them install it in my rx300 and had them put he buttons in the factory location. They come with a 3 year part and lifetime installation warranty for $400. Not worth my time for that amount. Check katzkin.com for local installation shops.
