Default Radiator line

Not really a car guy but I just noticed this on the radiator line its capped. Can anyone tell me if this is okay or what would happen if I leave like this.

Looks like it broke off from the radiator spout....I'd replace it....

Felix is correct, there is a larger tube on the radiator filler neck at its back. It is plastic and is likely broken (the filler neck nipple at back). Sienna uses same part, Dorman one works fine:
