Question Misfire on all cylinders 07 RX400

Hi folks, I have an 07 plate RX400 238k miles that's suddenly started to judder horribly. My mechanic plugged in and it's showing misfires on all cylinders, he unplugged the MAF sensor and explained that he feels its most likely an air leak, but I'd need a smoke test to try and find the leak. I'd like to know if there's anything else we could check as it's not easy to get a smoke test, and I'll likely have to wait another week before he can borrow the equipment.

I would start by visually by checking all hoses on engine bay.

Hi, yes that was his advice and hopefully he can get a smoke machine borrowed this week, checking them without is not at all easy is it :-( I took the airbox out and suddenly got a bit lost where to start, so I think I'll wait for the machine. Just searching for any other potential issues it could be.

Hi,

Please post up the live scanner data.

To be meaningful, we need: Engine is warned up to operating temperature, engine is idling, transmission is in Park.

Need fuel trims, engine temp, MAF, as seen in live data from scanner.

Bad oil control valves will cause this.

Hi folks, thankfully it was only a spark plug failure in the end. I've managed to replace them all and engine works, however I now have a Hybrid fault now. Dash comes up 'Check Hybrid System' and it's not working at all.
Is there something I might have missed putting it all back together?
I've replace 4 of the plugs with Desmo Iridium plugs, but two are still the old ones as the shop ran out!
Would that affect the hybrid system??
