Exclamation Belt stretching issue

I have replaced the belt on my 2004 RX330 and it needs to be retightened every 4-7 days of driving. This is the belt that does the alternator and the AC. At first I figured it was settling in. But after doing this about 12 times over the last 3 months something cant be right. Im afraid Im going to run down the tightening screw to the bottom. It is a "Gates" belt which i thought was a good brand. why does it keep stretching?? I know my engine isn't "Growing"
Anyone else experience this?? should I get a better belt?
It always stops the squeaking just fine for the first few days, but then it happens all over again.
to note: I am making sure all three screws are tightened well after each adjustment.
It takes about 2-3 turns of the adjustment screw to get it tight enough again each time I tighten the belt.

HELP!!!!

Have you inspected the belt and pulleys for glazing that might be the cause of the slippage vs a loose belt?

If you have not done so, I would try some belt dressing. Good at improving grip and removing squeals.
