Hello guys, I just bought from an auction this 2005 Lexus Rx330 (needs a lot of work) and while I have been replacing some parts I realized the front bumper didn’t come with with the fog lights so I go to eBay and when I found the “perfect fit” according to eBay I notice that the shape is completely different from what the bumper fog light holes look like, the ones on ebay have that long rectagle-ish shape while the ones that are supposed to go on my original bumper are completely round shaped, even if I search for a whole brand new front bumper I can’t find the exact one my SUV has (meaning the wholes aren’t round shaped).
Anybody knows why? Is the one I have discontinued or something?
thinking on just buying a whole new bumper instead to have the new fog lights match, but would the rear splash guard/cover even fit?

RX330 came with the rectangular foglights, the RX400H came with the round foglights. Maybe one of the previous owners to the car threw on a RX400H bumper and fogs?

Oh wow that makes sense. That’s probably what happened, wonder why would they go through all that effort, the paint also matches with the rest of the car! Anyhow thank you, now I know what to do sigh

Do you know if the current bumper is aftermarket or not? Maybe they liked the appearance of it and did a swap? or they got in an accident and got whatever was cheaper at the time. the fogs for either aren't that much... i prefer the squared off 350 fogs imo. either bumper snaps on the car
