Was on the highway when I noticed all of a sudden rpm jumped to 6k and losing speed.

Was pulling over and it engaged again and was able to reach my exit about 5km down.

At lower speeds the issue was much more prevalent. It would struggle to catch and jerk hard once it does.

Would this be a sign of bad torque converter or bad transmission?
