Default Could be …

It could be a for an optional “LoJack” type system that my dealer was pushing when I bought my 2006 RX400h. I told them I didn’t want to pay for the subscription but they left the hardware in my car. However, I was having a problem with that crappy little battery running down and we finally figured out the “LoJack” hardware was draining the battery since it was on 24/7. After they removed it my battery stopped drawing down on a weekly basis but I still needed to replace it every 3 years or less.

I don't believe that plug is for "Lo-Jack", Lo-jack was never a factory option or hardware that plug is for something from Lexus/Toyota on the nav/stereo.. I have the same plug on my car without nav but it is for the stereo itself (power, ground, acc, etc). One of the larger plugs is for power and such, the other plug is for the speakers I believe
