That's not the RX400h. The RX400h interior is nearly identical to the RX330, san the wood trim.

The picture might be for the next generation GS.

I really like the open space area below the shift device on the RX300 and would miss that useful space in the forward cabin just to position an unneccesary shifter for an automatic vehicle, imo.
What is point of these big shift ***** anyway, these are automatics.
I for one am ready to move on to a keyless car with a couple small buttons if I really want lower automatic gears or snow modes or whatever, isn't it all electronic at this point?

That is the GS interior. For the 400H, looks like the switch to aluminum (from wood) is about the only major change.
