All wheel drive model with premium plus package, navigation, 18" wheels, towing package, multi stage heated seats and dvd entertainment system/Mark Levinson.

You're at or below invoice. Appears to be a good deal unless Lexus added incentives beginning in August that weren't available in July. I could not find any such incentives other than their $750 college grad program.
Mine deal was:
MSRP 47108
Price 41944
Invoice 40894
$1050 over in the Midwest isn't bad for Navi/RSE models. Better deals have been found on the coasts.

OK...new to the board. -RX330 AWD, direct from dealer.
When shopping, I found it very confusing how Lexus now had this vehicle's option packages description
different in their brochure, corp website, local dealers websites and finally on the window sticker.
Every one of them was different. Just one example. Brochure shows the NAV option including the Mark Levinson upgrade. No
I could go on but I'm sure you have all seen this. In any event, bought a silver/grey int w/bunch of stuff coming to a sticker (w/delivery/handling) @ $ 44, 288 (every 330 on the lot w/nav had this sticker price)
Had to wait 3 weeks though to get the color combo and just picked it up this week. $ 39,800 + tax/license.
