You don't mention the Mark Levinson radio... so what you've listed should put MSRP around $43000. There's about $5500 between MSRP and invoice, so I'd double-check the number you've got for invoice.

You can get the navigation by itself or you can get the navigation/mark levinson package.

 

True... adding ML would put MSRP on that car closer to $45000, which would make that invoice price sound better.

 

That's actually a pretty good price. I got my '04 RX AWD with the same options you listed (I got chrome 18's instead of the tow package) for $40,800 and some change.
