Default Lowered RX's

How do you lower the RX300 that much with the strut towers in the way? I would love to lower my 2001 RX a little, but it looks like the tires would touch the strut towers. I only have 16" rims and I'm planning on getting 18"'s soon, what would I need to do to make it lower? (not slammed).

John,

Any idea where I can buy that grill for that RX300? I think it is awesome. Is it AutoCouture (sp?)? Thanks for the help!

The wheels are 22x9.5, offset 25 in front, 15 in rear with 265/30/22 tires.

People in Japan actually do that to their Toyota Harriers.

BTW, I have many JDM VIPCar Magazines that I pick up at the local Japanese bookstore by work. There are alot of galleries/botiques in Japan that sell alot of Lexus badges and pieces to transform their JDM Toyota to a Lexus. Just like how many US Lexus owners transform their cars into their jDM Toyota counterparts. It goes both ways.

You can obtain many JDM parts from Carson Toyota www.carsontuned.com or www.l-tunedparts.com

The wheels on the RX330/Harrier are LOWENHART LD6. I checked out thier website and it seems they do not produce LD6 with such offsets. It's either +20 or +24 for the Lexus RX330/Harrier. ?!?

will check tonight when i get home, but i always thought lowenharts have custom offsets because of their high disc, low disc choices. Theres no "set" off sets for them. The guy i call for nice japanese wheels is GS EXOTIC on the GS forum. Do a search on him. He orders japanese wheels for us on the forum at good prices and almost all lowenhart wheels and other 3pc japanese wheels can have custom offsets.
Again, i'll check for that particular car's when i see my book at home.
