Depending on why you need the manual, there might be a cheaper way to go.
You can access an electronic version of the manual, along with TSIB's and other information that the dealers get at http://techinfo.lexus.com. It's Toyota's own site.
You have to pay for access. It's $10 for one calendar day (through midnight PST), $50 for a month, or $350 a year.
The catch is that the manual has been cut up into hundreds of little PDF files. Each file contains one sub-sub section of a chapter, so it's an average of 2-3 pages. It's good if you're looking for a specific answer to a problem or project. The files are thoroughly hyperlinked to make navigation a little easier. You'll never, ever, download the full manual, though - it would take too long.

Well, I like to do my own maintenance on the car.....not sure how much it is at the dealership!
