Default Biggest rip offs ever

Why does every one keep copying the RX!!! First the Outlander, then the Sorento and now Mitsubishi again!!! They say that Lexus copies everyone but this proves otherwise

That's the same as Acura copying those turn signal lights from Benz. Anyway, other manufacturers knows that Lexus has a good thing, and it's easier to copy than to come up with new ideas.

omfg you are right. I did not notice that. damn they need to come up with their own ideas. too bad lexus can't sue for copyright infringement.

but I guess all the cars copy off each other. the honda civics looks kind of like the mercedes from behind. and a lot of people are copying the side blinkers from mercedes.

Maybe it is because I own an RX330 so I'm sort of blind to it, but I don't really see it as being close at all.

Toyota also has those turn signal mirrors in the RX330 version Toyota Harrier over in Japan. I think everyone is going to have turn signals in the mirrors at least once in their car line up sooner or later.

This picture reminds me more of a Nissan XTerra if anything.

Here in Mexico, someone once asked a diplomat with a Kia (not sold here) if it was a 'toned-down' version of my RX300 (Lexus also not sold here). Some people can see it.

They say imitation is a sincere form of flattery. The back of that Mitsu is very similar to the 330, but considering Mitsu's recent styling changes across the board (aka all their cars are even uglier than before), I'd guess the rest of that SUV looks nothing like a 330. I'm not going to go into the argument of any one manufacturer being superior than another, but this sort of thing has been going on for as long as cars have been on the road.
