Not sure about Canada or the rest of the US, all the RX400h sold here in the Western Region are standard with Nav.

The RX400h NAV is standard only where NAV map is available (U.S., Canada, UK, etc.) They may have reviewed a pre-production RX400h meant for other markets.

That is really odd. Navigation isn't offered here in Hawaii so far, but the RX400H they had on display earlier this year had the full screen. Now, since then I haven't checked out actual models on the lot, but I would think they would have the screen as well since that is what they were showing to us.
