Tell me about the non nav screen in the 2006 RX330

Have a friend who has one on order with no nav... is the screen the wretched 2 color screen like in the Toyota Avalon? Or is it the svelte looking multi-color display like the prius? Or does it even have one?

No screen on Non Nav

There is an LCD display for info but it is a narrow strip type.
