06 RX330 price
hi, I just picked up the 06 rx330 today is fwd, no navi, bamboo pearl
price is $35,570 + tax license and fee
platinuim extra care $1,850 for 6yrs/ 100k miles
out the door price is $40,528 dealer in so cal
is this a good deal? or I got rip off.

for one with navigation. Personally, I got mine for 39K plus taxes and
max 100K warranty for $2K. Came to 44-something total price.

This question pops up a lot. It's difficult to compare absolute prices or lease payments, because two cars may not have the exact same base package or options. Navigation is just one of many options with a significant cost..
The best benchmark is invoice price. While you can figure out the exact invoice price for your car at either Edmunds (http://www.edmunds.com) or Kelley Blue Book (http://www.kbb.com), a simple rule of thumb is that there's about $5,500 between MSRP "sticker price" and invoice price, or the dealer's approximate cost of the car.
If you got $4,000 or more off of sticker price, you got a very good deal.

Did you buy your car at Lexus Westminister? That's the price they gave me for the same car. I'm thinking its a good deal. I'm thinking of buying it at the same price too, let me know if you have any helpful hints.
