Front cowling Rattling?
Im sure I found a major rattler in the cold and its the Black cowling under/beneath the windshield wipers? Has anyone noticed this for your rattles/squeaks?
Is there a TSB or a dealer fix that has been done? Post info if you do please. I like to take all the info I can to the dealer as possible.

Yes, the front cowl is thought to be one of the many possible sources of the infamous "dash rattle" on the RX 330.
TSIB # NV007-04 outlines a procedure for removing the cowl, wrapping some felt around the "legs" that hold it in, and then replacing it. The felt takes up the extra space created when the plastic contracts in the cold, ideally stopping the noise.
