Hi guys,

I'm also interested in upgrading the DVD NAV disc on my 05 RX330. Here's my version on the service menu:

MODEL: TY00
MAIN:5700
NEO-ROM: 1950
DVD: V 04.05.01

DVD Data: ver. 04.2
The question now is what version is lexus-parts.com selling? It doesn't say in the site

My guess it's probably 5.1and you guys who have the RX 06 models might already have the latest version but I could be wrong.

I also found this on Ebay

It says update for 2006 Ver. 5.1.

When did you receive the e-mail from Daryl? Maybe he asked around after I called him and found out some more accurate information.

Either way it would be good to get a version number from someone who knows they have an old disk.

According to recent received information, September and later production dates already have the 5.1 update.

Recent could mean after Tuesday.

Sounds like we both contacted him around the same time. The email I received was around 08:24 PDT on 1/5. I guess unless somebody can come up with a proof of a later version than 5.1 for GEN4 NAV's I will stick with what I have...
