For the seller, the problem with pricing a used RX330 right now is that the dealers are willing to let new ones go dirt cheap below invoice just to get rid of them and replace them with 350's. In a couple of months, the price will go back up a bit once the dealers get out of the market on 330's.
The car you describe has a sticker MSRP just under $47,000 and invoice just under $41,000.
If you can find a new one on a dealer's lot, you could probably get it for a little below that invoice price. Finding a 330 with both Nav and RSES might be difficult now that the 330 is not being produced, but it would be worth checking out the possibility at your dealers.
Given that, I don't think the used car commands more than $40,000 right now. I think the car would be worth every penny of that price, if not a little more... I'm not trying to undercut the value of the car. I'm just looking at pricing in the market, which again is altered by dealers trying to move "old" inventory at blowout prices. The practical fact is that you'll never sell a used car for more than the price at which dealer is willing to sell a new car.
If you can live without RSES, then you might find an ever better deal at a dealer right now... depends how many 330's with Nav are still sitting around.

MVP, If a comparably equipped new one can be bought for $41000 I would think you should be able to save more than $1000 on a used one, $3000 might be more appropriate
