Here it is sleeping in my tiny garage; it's the biggest all-wheel drive "SUV" I could buy that would fit in my garage.
First time Lexus owner here. Very happy with my RX350 so far. It's 15 years old now (to the day - manufacture date is 11 Feb 2006 in Japan) but still very comfortable. I'm planning on doing most of the maintenance work myself so I'll be learning as I go and this forum has been a wealth of information so far.
I noticed the steering wheel shaking at around 100km/h on the highway and the front tyres were very old and some cheap chinese brand so that was the first thing to get fixed. New tyres fitted, balanced and aligned made a huge difference.
It had just been serviced when i bought it but the transmission oil didn't look like it had ever been changed (currently at about 185,000 km / 115,000 miles) so that was next on the list. Jacked it up and drained about 4 litres and refilled. I have ordered a transmission filter kit so I might try that next but it is shifting noticeably smoother now.
The previous owner stuck all these fake chrome trim parts all over the car (windows, door handles, mirrors, rear boot lip) so I'm also in the process of removing all that but this is how it currently looks.

@skinham I'd suggest you to wax it or ceramic coat whole car (including all windows) to preserve the beauty
Hi all. I'm looking at buying an RX330 that does NOT have Navigation & Backup Camera.
My question is, can Navigation and backup camera be easily installed in an RX that didn't come equipped with factory Navigation / Backup Camera?
I've seen the Display w/ Navigation for sale on Ebay and it looks like it would fit, but would it be an ordeal because the wiring would have to change drastically?
Thanks.
Got this for my daughter as a first car. One owner 74k miles and in great shape. This is probably my 16th Lexus, just turned in an 18 IS and wife has a 20 RX. I think I used to have a 2008RX so this is a trip down memory lane. Love this car! Want to do some little mods! It’s a NAV car which was key because I wanted a backup cam. Smokey granite mica with black interior. Car popped up at my usual Lexus dealer and they did it up proper for my daughter with the bow and all!
