Hi there, I just joined, no particular reason - I may be interested in performance upgrades later.
I have a 2007 RX400h I bought a couple of months ago. So far so good. I almost went the the 350 but the price was better on this one. Time will tell if that was the way to go.
I got t-boned in my 2004 GX470 so I needed a replacement. I am convinced that Lexus saved my life so why not stay in one eh?
I guess it's the accountant in me that will not buy new stuff. Depreciation pisses me off; and this '07 is just fine - has everything I need.
It is white exterior and tan leather inside. I will need to by an armrest replacement for the right rear door so any suggestions there will be appreciated. Yes I have a dog - now you know what happened. ;-]

Welcome as you joined to be part of the CL clan....I went the other way= 350 over the 400h...Yea, I'm not in to having the latest vehicles. I look at the gen3's & figured a gen 2 would do the same & I prefer the styling of the gen2's......
Bought a 2008 Rx400h AWD recently, my first Lexus. I've always wanted to own one, since I tried a LS400 back in 1993.
My machine has done (I'm estimating) about 260k - 280k kilometres. I have to say that because when I purchased the car, the Odometer read 141,500km, but a check with the Lexus dealership here revealed that the car had already done 155k km back in 2016, when it was last at the Service Centre. So, obviously the used car dealer I bought it from (or someone else) had tampered with the Odometer.
Had the car checked out by Lexus, and no faults or issues found.
Colour - See pictures attached.
Exterior: Copper Brown Metallic - 4S6
Interior: Light Grey leather
No Nav, no Adaptive Cruise Control
ML sound system with 9 speakers
Car is in very good condition, according to both my mechanic, and the Lexus Service Centre. They expect it to easily do another 150k km.
I luv love that copper brown!! Mine is a boring grey, though good at hiding dirt. I introduced myself on another thread. I have a 2007 RX350 made in Japan. Tow package, roof rails, nav. Love her heated leather seats for traveling and bird watching. Would love to have a second battery for that though.
Greetings,
Just joined. I have a 2008 RX350 Blk exterior and gray interior. 127k miles.
Recently replaced original alternator and front struts and passenger side CV axle shaft. Installed Mich Cross Climate 2 tires.
Looking to install aftermarket radio.
Glad to be here.

Hello from Europe everyone!
Just bought a very cheap 2004 RX 2 300 (engine was not available in the US as far as I am aware) with 160k miles / 260k kms.
It was unloved and needs attention. Mechanically strong but needs attention on the body and has some electrical gremlins. I will try to repair/lightly restore it over the coming months, wish me luck!

I now have 172000 and going strong!
Has had excellent maintenance while rest anlife between original dealer and my local mechanic. Still fun to drive! Torque shine
So far I have restored the Special grille twice July 2020 with first Torque shine Amazing!
I happened across a sweet RX330 with 207K on it. I know the previous owner and he is a meticulous kind of person. He put me towards the Mennonite shop that did his work and they provided his very extensive maintenance records. This car rides really nicely and the interior is in exceptional good condition. I'm retired and probably drive only 500 miles a month, so I can see holding onto this car for the next 10 years.
I am a major DIYer and he was not. To get my feet wet, the first thing I did was to replace a broken tail marker light and bleed the brakes. This is a non-nav vehicle and I just ordered an Alpine display and will be installing a back-up camera. I'm looking for excellent videos on how to do this. I have seen and saved the most
As a senior driver, this will be my last car. Seriously speaking it could have more miles left on her than I have on me. No regrets. I have owned it for 17 years, with few bumps and bruises but we both survived. I have now taken it upon myself to bring her back to showroom condition. ClubLexus members get ready for the questions!
Car before1992 Ford Explorer 4 door. "Mountain Work Horse" Lived in the mountains. Great car for that environment, loved the snow. Only put chains on once in four years.

Hope you can get the info you need. You may very well end up knowing more than me as I only work on the car when it needs it.
DennisMil This may be true I am a fast learner, and I do love to share. Back in the day, a forum was known as sitting in the garage swapping stories of what went right and what went wrong and who caught the biggest fish. (limited but fun)
Hi, my name is Madrina, I've had my 2009 RX350 since February 2012 and I love it. It was built in Japan.
