Hi gys,I put on the AC while idling and heared some kind of noise like crushing in the engine which last only few seconds, i bet it is related to the compressor .It is 04 rx330.Do you think it is normal.Car was cold at that time i ment engine just started.THANKS

i don't know what you mean by "crushing" but yeah, there is a very distinct compressor noise when you first turn on AC. all cars do it, it's just a matter of how loud it is from the cabin inside. the RX is definitely audible from the interior.
