I love our 330, but the Nav system is TERRIBLE! My $400 Garmin has more accurate maps, is better at calculating routes, shows me an ETA rather than a travel time ("Just add the current time to it!" said the dealer!), and nearly cost less than the update.
My wife likes that it's built-in and easy to use, but then she complains about the routes it gives her or that it has no clue about an address she wants. If you get it for the other goodies, buy a Garmin Quest for navigation.

Had NAV in 2002 ES 300 and my 2004 RX 330... the second was much better than the first. But we just got the new ES350 and the NAV is fantastic.. cannot belive how much better it is... Do have a few problems making myself understood with voice commands but I guess I have to take the NAV language course.. Fantastic car.. Lexus does it again. Our 6th Lexus and the best so far.
