That is the way to get to the service screen to override the lockout feature that prohibits the use of many input functions for the NAV system while the car is in motion.

We all have CD changers, but if you don't have a NAV system, there is nothing here for you to override.

But nothing happen. I think it's because I didn't get the DVD option. Mines a 6 dics CD changer and not DVD. Could this be the reason???

tfischer, I forgot to mention that my car does come with the NAV, bluetooth, and rear cam.

I've read somewhere in this forum that not all new RX350 will work.
So I'm checking back to see if any one in cyberland was able to found a new work around to overirde the map and phone feature while the car is in motion. This is on a (07 RX350 AWD w/Prem Plus Package w/Nav) models made in CAN.

Idealy, I would like to be able to watch DVD use the Nav screen, till I found out that the car did not come with DVD player, and a CD player as standard.

I should of upgraded the system with dvd option.

No I can't even get the basic over-ride for Nav and phone to work.

The navigation/phone override doesn't seem to work for cars with navigation map DVD version 0.61 . The new version of the navigation DVD started coming out in the fall of this year and those cars with navigation map 0.61, the hack doesn't work.

To find out what version your map DVD is, press menu, then press the MAP DVD button on the top right.

the 2IS forum has quite a few members interested in this as well - you might want to subscribe to this thread to get updates; the IS forum is quite active!
