Is there a web site that searches the VIN of a Japan made RX350?

If the first character of your VIN is a J then it is made in Japan. If it's a number then is made in America.

About all the VIN will tell you directly is the country of manufacture, model (RX350), 2WD vs. AWD, and the year.

If you go to a Lexus dealer, they can pull up the information from the original window sticker, listing the packages and options installed at the factory. There isn't any search for this detail on the Internet that I've heard of.

FWIW, numbers are assigned as follows:

1, 4, 5 - USA
2 - Canada
3 - Mexico
6 - Austrailia
9 - Brazil

For letters, J - Japan and K - Korea, and many others are European.
