Can I get my RX350 service at a dealer other than the one I purchased from ? I heard that the only difference is that the other dealers will not provide a loaner. Other than that all dealerships in NJ provide free car wash and a free 5000 mile mini service. What if I move to another location and it is a pain to come to he original dealership ?
Can NJ owners shed some light and share their experiences ?
I have been to Ray Catena in NJ, Difeo in Bound Brook and have spoken to Lawrence Lexus. No one has been able to match Ray Catena price.

You should be able to get warrentee or other service at any dealer. The 5K service is included by Lexus, and is not optional by the dealer. However, some extras are options, like Saturday car washes, loaner cars in all situations, etc.
Lawrence Lexus has an "owner's club" if you purchased the car there - when you buy they give you a checklist of benefits for owner's club members vs those who purchased elsewhere. I don't know how strict they are about who gets what.

I don't know the official Lexus policy on loaners, but I know that people have gotten free loaners in NJ from the dealer even though they purchased the car elsewhere. However, they are encouraging people to wait for their service instead if it requires less than an hour. I believe the service department tries to build good will. After you purchase a car you have more contact with service than any other department of the dealership.
