I have the VaisTech.

Pros

1. Charges the iPod while in use
2. Interface works. Can be controlled through the Nav and steering wheel controls.
3. Sound quality is good with 128k sampling rate, but better with Apple Lossless. This is noticable on the Levinson. Not like headphones where the iPod sounds almost terrific.
4. The unit is out of the way hidden and safe
5. When a call comes in on bluetooth the song pauses and picks up where left off at end of call.
6. No unsightly iPod holder or need to take the iPod out of its protective case. Also I do not have to look at and fumble with the iPod while driving.

Cons

1. Full functionality control on the Nav system is "motion dependent". If you are moving you do not get the full range of controls. You can still do everything in terms of accessing songs but it is not as imformative. (ask if you want furthewr detail) I guess that "the hack" would help but nobody knows how to do that correctly in the 07 ES350.
2. Songs have to be organized in playlists. Not a big deal but an extra step.
