Default RX330 bumper caps, what are they?

Does anyone know what the two cap like items are that are located on the front top bumper, just below each light. They lift out with some sort of electrical device hooked to them.
I can't find one mention of what these are in the owners manual.
I had one stolen tonight. Someone lifted it out, and disconnected it.
Every thing seems to work on the car.
Any help would be appreciated.
I feel a big "ouch" in the pocket book coming up on this from my lexus dealer.
Thanks,
Daryl

Those are your headlamp washers.

It should be covered by your insurance co. if it was theft. More specifically, the comprehensive section of your auto policy would respond to the loss. However, it wouldn't make sense to put in a claim if your deductible is high. You are better off paying it out of pocket

Follow-up question on this,
I do see two square holes just below/bottom of the front bumper , that are covered by some kind of Cap on the same bumper, but these are not washer caps, but what are these ?.

To me its an good location for parking sensors, any idea.

The two lower covers are for tow attachments.

^^ sorry to nitpick .. those would be the hold downs and not tow hooks ... dont want any reader to use them to pull.

Holds down your car if you are on a flat bed or something.

Sorry but they are called Emergency towing eyelets and are to be used in an emergency to temporarily tow your RX with a cable or chain secured to them on hard surfaced roads and for short distances at low speeds. (page 386 2008 RX 350 owners manual)
