Our 04 RX330 Warranty expires soon, I would like to do many services as possible, such as any improvements or TSIBs covered under warranty. I know there are several TSIB for 04 RX. So any recommendation on anything I should pay closer attention and/or get done before the warranty expires. Thanks!!

For one, check your sliding bars on the roof rack. There were some '04s, like mine, on which the bars would not slide easily forward and backward. You are supposed to be able to pull up on the release latch on either side of the car and slide the bar. When I got mine (CPO), these were not working right -- it was very hard to make the adjustment. There is a TSB on this, and Lexus will replace non working ones for good ones at no charge.
The service manager was glad to do that for me, and said that he gets few requests for this fix because most people do not ever mess with the roof racks and don't know if they got one of the cars with the bad ones.
The other TSBs that I became aware of did not apply. My transmission shifts smoothly, and my rear wiper cleans pretty well, and everything else seems to be working fine.

I've posted this a few times before and I apologized to those that have seen this before... Maybe it should be a sticky?
You can get all TSIBs, shop manuals as well as other references from the Lexus/Toyota Technical Information System.
http://www.techinfo.lexus.com/
It is not free though, subscription access to TIS is offered in daily, monthly, or yearly intervals following the rate schedule noted below.
Daily $10.00 US
Monthly $50.00 US
Yearly $350.00 US
So for $10.00 you can spend a few hours downloading all the TSIBs for you car. If you are really ambitious you can spend a whole day downloading your shop manual in small chunks. The information you get is worth far more than $10.00 and will pay itself off rather quickly.

Why not contact your dealer and even Lexus? I am sure a phone call or email to Lexus Customer Assistance can find out if there is any recalls or TSBs for your RX too. Tell them your VIN. Thing is manufacturers don't notify you for TSBs. Also check out the NHSTA site for recalls and TSBs. Wow! There are many TSBs on 2004 model year according to them.

Insure the axle drive shaft boots, both inner and outer, are in good condition with no tears or holes on the boot. There should be no signs of grease leaking at the inner and outer boot seal bands. Two drive shafts on FWD and four on AWD.
Check the lift cylinders for the rear hatch and hood. If the rears seem slow or fail to lift fully, have them replaced. Check the lift feels even from left and the right. Same goes for the hood lifts.
