Default Brake Pads?

Recommendations on OEM or equivalent brake pads? The rotors were replaced under warranty, but the TSB didn't apply to my serial number so the dealer wouldn't change the pads. They should be approaching the need to be replaced. Is there a forum sponsor from whom I can order pads at a reasonable price? Any other suggestions. Ceramic only. I love having quiet brakes and zero dust. If I don't put OEM pads on and go aftermarket ceramic and the rotors warp again, will the dealer/Lexus deny the claim? I'm at 36K miles. The original rotors were replaced at 30K miles. I would want them to warp again before 60K miles so the warranty would replace them.
Thanks!

Generally, rotors are not covered under warranty ... unless there is a manufacturing defect {addressed by TSB}. So check with dealership.

I can only suggest going with OEM purchased from Lexus/Toyota or one of the sponsors.

Just make sure that the lug nuts are torqued to spec.

There's a TSB for this: {BR004-04 Brake Vibration}
This TSB replaces: Disc Front, Front Brake Pad Kit, & Shim Kit

The dealer said the rotors were warranted, but not under the TSB because my VIN number wasn't included on the TSB sheet (which I verified). Thus they replaced only the rotors and left the pads on at ~25%. I want to have the pads so my personal mechanic can put them on when the time comes.
