have anyone notice that Navigation System on the RX350 always avoiding pay toll?

is there a way to change that setting, when I went to Connecticut or Laconia New Hampshire, boy the Navi driving me crazy by point me out of the toll all the time.

image if I go to a place that I don't know an following the Navi it'll going to delay big time.

Not specifically familiar with the latest gen nav, but previous products have a set-up selection that tells the system to avoid certain kinds of roads. This setting is easily accessed under the "Setup" menu (on older models). It looks like someone has selected "Toll Roads" on the "Avoid" menu (default is "none") - you need only to deselect this setting.

 

On the 5th Gen NAV, touch "Route" then "Route Preference." Select "Allow Toll Road."

 

When I first got my NAV in '01 in my SC, I had the same problem -- I could not figure out why it was giving me a roundabout route when a much more direct highway was clearly available.

Once I discovered the "Avoid Toll Roads" selection switch, everything was fine.

The good news is that once you de-select that setting, it will remain in that state unless you change it.
