Sewell Dallas will offer a Lexus loaner if the scheduled service is anticipated to last over 2hrs, then you have one day to return it after you have been called to pick up your vehicle. They will try their best to honor your request, usually an RX330/350/400h, ES330/350, or IS250/350. No worries about mileage or empty gas tank, but they will charge you for smoking. Outstanding service!

 

I'd just be glad the dealer was willing to give me a loaner car. It wouldn't matter if it was a Toyota or a Lexus. Other dealers will not give you a loaner and will make you sit in the waiting room all day or have you make your own travel arrangements to a from the dealer to pick up your car. Does this dealer have a Lexus and Toyota dealership? That would explain why you have a Camry instead of a Lexus, he is probably supplementing his Lexus loaner fleet with Toyota.

 

I didn't know Sewell had anything but RXs. Next time I will request a white SC430 with a hot blond in the passenger seat.
