![Question](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/icons/icon5.gif)
I just purchased a pre-owned 2004 RX330 with navi. Does anyone know if the front navi screen can watch the same DVD movie that is being played at the rear DVD at the same time(in a parked position)? Thanks.

Transmission selector in "Park", set emergency brake, load disc into RSES and press the "Disc" button on your radio twice. That should bring up the DVD on the Nav screen.

lexigirl06, I can't speak for '06 in terms of whether the navi would work the same way, but I think by RSES, Lil4x means the Rear Seat Entertainment System(the DVD player). Lil4x, Please correct me if I am wrong.

Corect. RSES is what Lexus dubbed their Rear Seat Entertainmenet System package. That is the flip down screen and DVD player. If you have this option installed you can virw it on the navi screen as described. If you don't have this option you have aftermarket options like Vaistek or other similar interface devices that allow you to hook up externam A/V sourced to the OEm audio system and if you have the nav screen to view it on the screen.

Sorry lexigirl, working from my laptop the other day (miserable keyboard) I unfortunately abbreviated the DVD player using Lexus rather arcane "RSES" designation. Sorry for the confusion!
I suspect the same procedure will work in the '06, although mine is an '04 (actually, an early-production '03), so I'm a little hesitant to say it will work for you. Can't hurt to try it, though . . .
