Is there such a thing as an alignment warranty?

Yeah, they will do it for free during I think it is 2 yr/24k(or 1/12). Mine is out of this waranty but I bought this plan at NTB tires(I don't know if you have these). It is $120 for 5 years worth of alignments whenever you want.

Ask the dealer, to be sure.
I have a feeling the adjustment is free if you have a problem as you drive out of the lot.
You a hit pot hole or a curb and the alignment can be thrown off. It has nothing to do with manufacturing defect.
Some independant shops offer lifetime alignment.

Yes, it is 12 mos or 20k miles. If you have irregular wear make sure you point it out asap. Here is what happened to me:
