The floor liner fits very well, and I think it covers better than any mats.
It is kinda hard plastic mold - you lose that luxury pluffy carpet feel of the original mat when you step on it. But from the looks of it, it should be much easier to clean, and will hold dirt and protect the car better than original mat.

I took out the original mat, currently in the trunk...

btw, that Tan color is darker than the beige, not exact, but close to the top tan color portion of the interior, so its still ok... (I think it'll work better than the light beige color original mat - which got stained the 2nd day.)

hope it helps.
I have Bamboo Pearl and my interior is light gray....I guess 2 options? So the Black Lexus All Weather mats fit well.

I bought Huskyliners in gray and they looked pretty good.

IMO, the factory all weather mats is the best looking, but the husky and the weather tech has better coverage.

Default Cannon

I have had Cannon Car Mats for over 7 years now.. .First bought them or my RX-300 (front and back seats) with a Weather Tech Cargo Liner.

Although my RX-330 3 years later was NOT the same dimensions, I still forced them in :-)

Fast Forward to today 4 years later and my new RX-350 has the old setup... still going strong and looking awesome.

http://www.cannoncarmats.com/

RX-350 2007 is same as 2008...

I will probably get the new Liners as they look like a better fit/bucket. But I am not sure if you have to take out the carpet mats in the car or not. Anyone care to tell me?

Thanks

I don't recall exactly, but I believe it was $100 for the front set. I liked the tread pattern better than Weathertech's.

Are these RUBBER? Or are they PLASTIC? If you've ever seen the Cannon Rubber mats, you would know what I mean

Let me know as these look really great and I am seriously considering them. If they are plastic, I may not as I really like the feel of the virgin rubber Cannons.

Here is a shot of my old mats (bough them back in 1999) on my new '08 350

Thanks

if you ask me, the weathermat I have is more like plastic than rubber...
(I have not tried to "fold" them or anything... but they're not too hard that they cannot bend and will crack very easily...)

as said before, you don't have that soft carpet feel...
but this thing is actually like a custom plastic tray that fits the car and match the carpet hook position.... so, if you have mud or snow....
it'll hold (to a point), and not "spill over"...

I think it definitely covers the floor better than any other brand I have seen so far....

Cool... now, question... you mention the factory carpet hooks... does it mean i have to take out the factory carpets? I have them on mine and the mats just go over them... I would like to leave the carpets in place if I could...

Thanks

From the threads in the ES forum I'd definitely recommend removing the carpeted mats. Is there a reason you want both in there? The a/w ones fit great (even going through the hooks with no problem) and offer plenty of protection.

No big deal I just like the extra plushiness :-)

I will probably swing for them and If I don;t like em, eBay them...

Thanks for the feedback
