07 RX wheels ???

I just bought my wife a new 07 RX350. AWD
I noticed lots of post mentioning the 18" wheels.
My new car has 17" wheels...Whats up with this ????

18's are a $500 option.

My local dealer only orders RXs with packages and 18" wheels. Some customers don't have much choice if that's all the dealer has, especially in California.

It depends on what part of the country you are. I know that in TX and CA, all RXs come with 18" wheels but in IA or MN, they all come with 17".

Down here in Oz, there are two grades of RX - Sports and Sports Luxury. Sports Luxury models come with 18s (from MY05 - on) with Bridgetsone Potenza RE030 tyres, and the Sports / Sports Luxury (MY03 /04) come with 17s and 225/65/17 Michelin Energy LX4 tyres.
