How is the 350 at handing corners?

My opinion is it handles pretty good for a high CG SUV. Not like the X5, FX35/35 though. It leans a lot, and is kind of scary, but it sticks. This all depends on how fast you are talking about though. It handles nothing like a car. There is noway I feel comfortable taking the RX at cornering speeds I do in my cars. My car RX is lowered with Eibach springs and 20X8.5" rims so it definitely is better than stock, but still nowhere near as good a most normal cars. You just can't get around the high CG and body roll.

So far, I have 320 miles on my RX350. The first 164 were Interstate miles returning home from the dealer, so there were no cornering maneuvers required. The remainder are local "around town" miles. Not being accustomed to this kind of car, I had a few butt-tightening experiences going around some curves.
I'm slowly becoming more acclimated to its behavior and beginning to push it a bit more. The car seems to be responding quite well. I'm sure I'll be more than satisfied with its cornering ability.
I'll be sure to drop a note when I roll it.

After 15 years with an SC400 and SC430, I acquired my RX.
I knew it would not corner or perform like a lower, smaller, more powerful car, but I was quite surprised at how well it handles. Although it's quite tall, by my standards, it is built on a car frame (I think that's what "crossover" means).
I save my zipping around for the SC and never try to push the RX at all -- I doubt I've come close to its limits. And whom are you trying to impress by throwing an SUV around a corner? The only SUV that really "performs" is that Porsche Turbo thing, and what's the point of that car?

Exactly-
Depends on the individual. All must meet certain government standards and rollover concerns are dealt with in engineering. While it does not handle like my BMW it handles 200% better than our old 99 RX which leaned and nose dived terribly. After 2004 I think it was the suspension was firmed up and handling improved drastically. To me, for a SUV type vehicle it handles acceptably but this all depends on your expectations. Test drive it and several other vehicles. Do not compare it with the BMW X5 however because the X5 handles almost like a sports car. The firmness of the sidewall on the tire has a measurable impact on "lean" as well.

As long as there is comaprison, with X5 or others, it should be fine. In some areas Rx will be behind and in many it will be ahead. Inquring minds can make their decision based on what is important to them. The only problem would be how to objectively measure each factor.
For me, handling of Utility Vehicle, needs to be acceptable. For sport or sporty vehicles (cars), this factor is more important.

everyone here has said what im really going to say again, lol
it is a great highway/intown car and is not meant to be thrown into corners. with that said, i still do it, and i get freaked out, but it sticks like honey on your shirt (i just made that up on the fly). anyways, one time i was going around a bend (pretty sharp, where the speed limit is 25) i did the turn at 45, and the tires squealed a bit, but everything was okay. (i have the stock goodyears on them)
