Anyone know if a Toyota Highlander (2004-2007) standard OEM tow hitch receiver will fit onto an RX330/RX350 (2004-2007)?
I believe the Highlander hitches for 2003 and earlier were essentially identical to the RX300 hitches up until 2003.
But I'm wondering if the body design changes for Highlander/RX for 2004 and later mean that the Highlander hitches are no longer interchangeable with the RX ones.
Anyone know?

You may be correct in assuming the Highlander and RX differ in the 2004 and later models. I would suggest going on line to hitch manufacturers and doing a search on their sites. See if the hitch part number is the same for both the Highlander and the RX, or maybe similar except for a prefix or suffix. You might also e-mail them with your question. It would be interesting to know as the Camry, Highlander and RX are all based on the same original platform but there are differences or modifications made for each model and since 2004 I think that is even more so.
