Does your RX have costum horn? I I don't remember them being made of medal. Mine are black plastic. Then again I only noticed it while adding wiper fluid.

If you're only changing the bulb, you don't have to remove the headlight assembly, nor the bumper. There is a 4" grey plastic disc at the back of the headlight with a molex plug and 3 fins. Unplug the molex and turn the disc about 1/8 of a turn counter-clockwise, using the fins. Then pull out the disc. It fits in tight with an o-ring. Inside is a metal cup, about 2" in diameter. It similarly comes of with a bit of a twist. Then there are 2 spring metal clips that are pushed inward and flipped down. The bulb should just pull out at this point, or perhaps with a slight twist. DO NOT TOUCH THE GLASS PART OF THE BULB! The bulb will run you about $130 at Autozone and they'll have to special order it for you. It's a a D2S. I suggest swapping the left with the right first to see if the problem is the bulb. In my case, it wasn't, so I cancelled my order with Autozone. I'm thinking it's my ballast. I've got a used headlight assembly coming from eBay, as they're about the same $ as a ballast alone. I WILL have to drop my bumper to complete this project.

I guess I have to drop my bumper and remove the headlight assembly.

Great job on the bumper. Did you use any manuals to take that off? I tried to do it this afternoon, to get my headlight housing off, but utterly failed. Did you use any kind of reference material as a guide? Maybe I just lacked the confidence to get it done, it was my first time. But I was kind of nervous to get something wrong, and ruin the bumper (or something else in the hood).
