Hi, I tried to change my brake pads by myself for the first time.
Now my brake pedal goes all the way down, I shake it several times and start feeling the resistance but then it went all the way down again.
Can anybody explain why is that? and how to fix this?

Simple pad replacement should not introduce air in the brake hydraulic system.
Do you think you introduced air in there? [symptoms suggest so]. The you need to bleed the brakes to purge air out of it.
